QUIET STORM MARTIAL ARTS Women's Self-Defense/Self Protection Class This program is designed for those who do not care for the rigid nature of martial arts instruction. In these weekly classes we will cover many topics such as:
• Physical body language and how not to look like a victim
• How to avoid awareness distractions
• How to overcome a victim mindset
• Awareness training exercises
• Respect and how it is the best self-defense
• Keeping yourself informed
• Importance of changing up your daily routines
• Avoidance of dangerous situations
• Secondary crime locations and why you must never go to one
• Personal space and its importance
• Mindset of the attacker and defender
• Exercises on honing your intuition as a self-defense tool
This is a weekly program and the skills and principles will build upon one another.

These single day seminars are very comprehensive. They cover in depth many topics from the weekly classes but in a longer seminar style setting.
